Did you ever wish to own an own little restaurant? A restaurant branch? Hotels? Become the richest?
In Estagency you can trade with such buildings, employee workers to make the best profit, and to make your customers happy, all together on a global market: you can bid on every building you want, and if it's accepted, one will get the money, the other the property!
The principles are simple, so you can get started relatively directly!
AT THE START, make your bids (thanks for your attention ;), it's important for the game) on the global market, then wait until one of the other players accepted it; you employ people; ofc they together should be a good, well skilled team.
You have to wait, because to make this game unique and tradable, each building exists only once! For all players! (you can create your own ones, too, if you want to :), so there are always enough buildings) This also makes the value relatively secure, cheating impossible :).
